He has undertaken several important national projects such as the research on the Outline of the National Program for Long- and Medium- Term Science and Technology Development（2006-2020）, He is one of the chief reporters of the “Science and Technology Investment and Its Management Models”. He presided the major project of National Social Science Fund under the topic of “Study on the combination of scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation under the background of an innovative country”, “Special projects of 13th Five-Year National Science and Technology Development Planning for scientific and technological investment”, “Evaluation and promotion of innovative policies in the national indigenous innovation demonstration zone”, “special projects in science and technology finance”, and “Identification of high-tech enterprise and related fiscal and taxation policies". He is the author of "China's Science and Technology Investment". He has successively organized compilation of "China Venture Capital Development Report", "China Science and Technology Financial Development Report" and "High-tech Enterprise Development Report." As an accredited expert, he participated in the policy formulation concerning National Science and Technology SME Startup Investment Guidance Fund, the National Science and Technology Achievement Commercialization Guidance Fund, the National SME Development Guidance Fund, the high-tech enterprise certification management, and additional deduction of R&D expenses of the enterprise tax preference policy for entrepreneurial (Angel) investment, the Start-up Board, “New Three Boards”. He also studied and promoted new policies or mechanisms of Direct Investment Fund in the China Development Bank and the China Import and Export Bank.
He is the Secretary-General of the China Science and Technology Finance Promotion Association, part-time teacher of Civil Service Training in the Civil Service Bureau and part-time mentor of Master of Public Administration (MPA), supervisor of post-doctoral workstation of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and MPA professional tutor of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
