2014-07-02     Zhang Wenxia, Ma Ying and Shi Changhui

Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey of national S&T professionals flow in 2012, this paper analyses the flow of female S&T professionals and compares the gender differences of the flow. It found that comparing to male professionals, female professionals were obviously at a disadvantage. The flow didn't promote the career development of female professionals much. Female professionals flew mostly for families or children instead of their own career development. Actually, the process of flow is a process of social gender inequity reproduction.
