Abstract: This report analyzes that the net and communication technology, advanced calculation and application technology, microelectronic support technology, and information security technology, which are all from the information technology area, are very important in the development of China’s strategic emerging industries. It proposes that China’s current information technology development should develop the key technologies, be oriented by the application of innovation, and treat the innovation of technology integration seriously.
