Abstract: Patent investment companies, which were called "Patent Troll", caused widespread attention by every country. Then lots of policies were made to protect domestic enterprises and domestic science and technology achievements. In 2008, American intellectual ventures purchased many patents after they entered China. This behaviour heavily impacted China's science and technology achievements management. This report analysed business mode of intellectual ventures and introduced Korean government in dealing with foreign patent investment companies. According to  China's present situation, this report proposed relative policy suggestions.
