abstract: As the development of global low-carbon economy and the increase of carbon rules in international trade, especially with the quantified emission reduction in developed countries, the demand of carbon reduction spreads from national economy to international trade, leading to the increasing problem of low-carbon trade barrier, which has a far-reaching impact on China's export trade and the development of industry. We should be aware enough of the fact that this trade barrier is a long-term factor of the international trade, and that, with short-term responses, we must boost the development of our nation's low-carbon economy and the industrial transformation in order to make bigger development in export trade in the low-carbon era.
