Abstract: The combination of science-technology and finance can effectively resolve the difficult financing problems of S&T SMEs (medium-sized and small enterprises), and accelerated the transformation and commercialization of technological research achievements. This article studies the main problems in promoting the combination, and points out five restricting key problems: the value discovery and the value assessment of science-technological SMEs, the finance product innovation, the risk compensation of the bank's loan, and the transaction of technological property. The report offers some suggestions regarding the problems, so as to provide reference for related departments in the process of combining science-technological and finance.
