Abstract: After financial crisis, international biology industry input showed the following features. First of all, all government improved the input in biological technology area. Secondly, commercial financing gradually recovered, and structural change emerged. Thirdly, income risk directly pressed research input, and enterprises paid more attention in R&D externalization, etc. This paper gives suggestions on China's input in biology industry according to the international experiences.
