Abstract: Combing the lastest move abroad, this paper analyses the scientific advancement and current situation of China's science and technology policy. China has made some achievements in S&T policy making. It becomes more scientific and democratic but still has many problems in subject building, scientific method development and application and etc. This paper proposes some suggestions on promoting China's S&T policy development.
