Abstract: This paper introduces the experience of Latula Company about developing modern agriculture driven by mode innovation, system innovation and technology innovation. It puts forward that the development of modern agriculture needs innovation and the leading role of leading enterprises. It also needs the government to help in talent cultivation, fund support and innovation environment cultivation,etc.
