Abstract: The attention to S&T ethics of Chinese public has increased. 46.0% of the public believed that scientists should be responsible for the social effect of their research results, which increased 10% compared to 2007. Public paid more attention to animal experiment. The objection of that increased from 21.1% in 2007 to 29.3% in 2011. 39.8% believed that scientists' research work should be confined by social regulations, and they didn't agree that scientists could do any research just under the law.
