Abstract: Agricultural technology work is a significant public welfare. But the research showed that the agricultural technology personnel didn't have good reputation among the public. This is not only because of the institutional drawbacks of the agricultural technology extension system but also because of agricultural technology personnel's insufficient ability and lack of advertisement. This paper suggests to further the reform of agricultural technology extension system, improve agricultural technology personnel's ability and strengthen the advertisement to improve the image of agricultural technology personnel's image.
