Abstract: The investigation showed that currently the image of Chinese medical staffs was not very good. The public were especially not happy with the high charges, over-treatment and other economic problems. The reasons are as follows. Firstly, medicine price system is not reasonable. Secondly, some of the medical staffs still take the extra money from the patients. Thirdly, the medical staffs don't provide good services. Lastly is because of the negative report from the media. This report suggests to further strengthen the reform of medical and health system, improve the physician-patient relations, and improve the public image of medical staffs.
