Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey and field study, his paper describes the phenomenon of enterprises lacking of S&T talents and analyses the reasons. It points out that scientific resource mainly flowing into universities and research institutes, undeveloped social security system and unfair talent evaluation system are the main reasons. Based on these reasons, it gives relative suggestions.
