Abstract: Effectively operated combination mechanism of S&T and Finance directly promotes knowledge spillover and knowledge transformation in Yangpu District. It also promotes the transformation of economic development mode and the adjustment of economic structure. This paper introduces the experience of Yangpu District and gives suggestions on the further development of combination mechanism.
