Abstract: Shanghai Yangpu district has been appointed the functional zone of S&T finance in Shanghai international financial center. In recent years, this district has made many efforts in financial products and service innovation as the core of S&T finance work. Its experience worths to be popularized widely. This paper summarizes the innovations and relative advantages of the service system and financial products of credit financial institutions.
