Abstract: This paper constructs an evaluation index system of innovation performance and evaluates the innovation performance of 40 countries. It analyses China's overall innovation performance and its structural characteristics from the perspective of international comparison. This paper suggests to keep the growth of R&D input, take full advantage of S&T humane resources, accelerate the application of innovations and technology diffusion and etc.
