Abstract: The function of Industry-University-Institute Cooperation is a major approach of technological innovation, which can realize the optimization of elements in technological innovation and improve the efficiency in using the innovation resources. Based on statistical analysis, the article points out features of large and medium enterprises’ participating in the cooperation and identifies major issues at the current stage. It also proposes policy recommendations on strengthening the cooperation and promoting the enterprises’ efforts in technological innovation.
