Abstract: At present, public participating S&T policy making has become an import trend in western countries.China should also encourage and guide general public and topresearchers to participate important S&T policy making toward 12th fiveyear plan spirit. We should establish and perfect a long effect mechanism to make better decisions and make itmore democratic. |
