Abstract: Innovation of military and civilian integration brought big opportunities for local economic development.New development model already appears in some area, such as entrepreneurial model like military and civilian integration park, transformation model like military achievements transformed in local areas, and dual-use public technology service platform ,so on. These areas have military resource superiority, strong industry basis, and close relationship between local governments and military. This article suggests to promote innovation of military and civilian integration by grabbing the good opportunities above and learning the successful experience in other areas.
