Abstract: Technology Statistical Work reflects the working condition of S&T innovation system. During the period of "11th five-year plan", technology statistical work in Jiangsu province formed their own characteristics in technology output and technology transformation statistics. Their technology statistical work is established basing in connecting government, industries, universities, and institutes together. This makes statistical work more efficient to support governmental decision making work. Experience from Jiangsu province will contribute some revelation to national technology statistical work.
