Abstract: From multinational operation, mainly domestic operation, to promoting globalization,Lenovo has experienced the three stages of globalization process. During the period, there are some successful experience in promoting globalization, such as export, technology service, building oversea organizations, creating global brand, cross-border M&A and so on.
