Abstract: Recently, some areas have achieved good results in supporting economic development through technology transformation. This is positive for national policy making. It benefits from governmental decisions such as brave innovation, applying technologies to economic development, and so on. Through analysis of technologies achievements transformation in some provinces and cities, this report gives policy suggestions for future development.
