Abstract: After research in 7 Rural Cooperative Economy(RCE) in Zao Zhuang ,Shandong province, it is concluded that on one side, RCE help farmers more skilled , reduce single farmer’s potential loss and investment of farming while increase output, on the other, REC faces challenges from short history ,lack of technology support and fund, and poor running. This paper proposes measures in policy, funding and technology support to RECs.
