Abstract: In post financial crisis era, world economic barycenter and theme significantly changes. Major developed countries start to make medium and long-term economic development strategies. Cultivating and developing strategic new emerging industries is a major one among them.This thesis introduces the development trend of Nano and information electronic, life science, new energy, and renewable energy sources in New York State. It also gives China some politic suggestions in promoting its strategic emerging industries.
