Abstract: China has become the biggest wind-power country in the world. However, some problems such as wind power accommodation came out increasingly prominent with the fast development. This problem is closely connected with the feature of wind-power and the hysteretic construction of power grid. America has established a stable industry foundation through cultivating trade market. This article believes that the experience of developing renewable resources through market mechanism in America is worth to be introduced in developing China's wind-power.
