Abstract: This thesis briefly reviewed the developmental situation of domestic and overseas growth enterprise market(GEM). Taking the developmental situation of China's GEM in recent two years as example, this thesis analysed its important role in promoting the development of high-tech enterprises, strategic emerging industries, and venture capital investment. This thesis also analysed the hot spots like value estimate of listed companies on GEM, venture capital investment behaviour, executives' "resign tide","cash out" and etc. It also proposed relative suggestions to promote the sustainable development for GEM.
