Abstract: Recent years, good results have been achieved in the multi-level agricultural and science-technological cooperation through various channels. But due to some problems of lacking national overall plan and coordinating mechanism, insufficient economic strength and lack of talents, the effect of the operation has been under-satisfaction. Thus, the next step is to follow the principles of "focusing on me and differentiate the others, bilateral accompanied by multilateral", and to promote further gricultural and science-technological cooperation of Langcang-Mekong countries by establishing national coordination mechanism, reinforcing the central input into the cooperation, cooperating to build a batch of research-development and transformation platforms, and establishing a long-term mechanism of the formation and communication of agricultural and science-technological talents, etc.
