Abstract: The organization of S&T planning project is the key of S&T management system reform. The bid of Beijing S&T planning project is unique because it diversifies the bid mode, cultivates new bid agencies, and innovates the usage mode of S&T funds. After years of practice, the bid of Beijing S&T planning project gained effective achievements. According to the opinions reflected from different levels, this paper gives some ideas on the future development of the bid of S&T planning project.
