Abstract: Our investigation shows that, in the first half of 2012, performance index and entrepreneur expectation index of high-tech enterprises presented the downward trend. Every indicator has dropped expect raw material and labour price. At the same time, although the demand of STI is pressing in high-tech enterprises, the financing is still very difficult.
