Abstract: The development of county industrial clusters can effectively transform the economic growth mode and is the best way to promote county economic structure adjustment. This paper proposes some policy suggestions on accelerating the development of county industrial clusters by technology through cultivating county characteristic industrial clusters, strengthening the service function of county technology innovation platform, and other aspects.
