Abstract: This paper studies the supervisory system of National Science Foundation(USF). It introduces the responsibility and work procedure of the supervisory office. It also analyses different cases such as auditing case, administrative penalty case and etc. According to the enlightenment of American NSF supervisory system, this paper proposes some suggestions on strengthening the legislation of China's S&T plan.
