Abstract: Through implementing six-one project, Jiangxi province released a series of innovation policies in S&T finance, market cultivation, S&T service, innovative talents and so on. They explored an effective way to integrate all kinds of resources, promote the combination of S&T and economy,and accelerate the development of emerging industries.
