Abstract: Since 2009, the State Council gradually approved Zhongguancun of Beijing, East Lake of Wuhan and Zhangjiang of Shanghai as the national innovation demonstration areas. This paper analyses the issues of innovation practice of S&T financial work in the three demonstration areas and gives relevant suggestions.
