Abstract: Currently, the central government is strongly supporting the development of SMEs. S&T guarantee can effectively relieve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized S&T enterprises. This paper analyses the development domestic S&T guarantee industry and points out its existing problems and challenges. It introduces the experience in Japan and Beijing, and gives suggestions on promoting the development of S&T guarantee industry in China.
