90th Report in 2013: Suggestions on New Product Strategy Implementation

Abstract: Since the founding of new China, China's every major S&T strategy has greatly promoted the development of S&T and social economy. Currently, implementing innovation driven strategy proposes a newer and higher requirement to science and technology. In 2012, S&T expenditure has reached 1,024 trillion RMB. This paper suggests to start the New Product Strategy and strive to make China one of the strongest countries with new product development.
