Abstract: This paper mainly analyses the structure of human resource in China's agricultural technology popularization team and compares it with other S&T working groups. It found that the age of China's agricultural technology popularization personnel are high, but the education and academic titles are low. The development ability and prospect are very limited. This paper suggests to promote the development of agricultural technology popularization system, which leaded by China's agricultural colleges. It also suggests to reform the personnel system and transfer more high academic titles into the first line of agricultural technology popularization service.
