Abstract: This paper, based on the data analysis, studies the reasons for the haze weather and its influencing factors. The result confirmes that firstly, the areas with heavy haze are heavy emitters. Atmospheric pollutants is the main reason for the haze and have risen again in recent years. Secondly, the wind strength is closely related to the haze weather. The data shows that in recent years, wind strength changed in China's different areas. The wind strength declined in areas with long-lasting haze, making the climate change the main reason for the aggravated haze. The paper further analyses the factors that could influence wind strength and tries to provide some enlightenment for the haze governance.
