Abstract: In 2008, China's per capita GDP was over 3000 US dollars. China became one of middle income countries. According to many countries' developing experience, this will bring China unprecedented opportunities and make big changes in Chinese economic development. At the same time, it also can put China into a "middle income bottleneck" situation, and bring economic development big waves. Basing on research of Korean and Brazilian experience, this article gives some policy suggestions in breaking through this bottleneck.
