Abstract: This thesis gives Chinese government some suggestions on enterprises innovation according to the study of English new policy goal. It suggests that innovation policy should have a clear strategic goal, government should support financial institution in products innovation, the cost of enterprise innovation should be reduced, and the government procurement way should be innovated and etc.
