Abstract: China firstly conducted the practice of aiding the poor with technology in Taihang Road development zone. It has achieved great results in the past but nowdays the achievements are not so prominent as before and gradually becomes weakening. This paper, based on the analysis of Taihang Road development zone, proposes some suggestions on the sustainable development of aiding the poor with technology under the condition of market economy.
