Abstract: Lacking of investment channels, private capital started to impact real state market, resources mineral market and agricultural products market. Meanwhile, technology achievements transformation needs vast investment. After research in some cities in Zhejiang province, we found that to connect private capital with technology achievements transformation, we should build a science and technology information service platform, and enhance the technology transformation demonstration and other ways to improve the activities of private capital in investing into technology achievements transformation.
