Abstract: As a core part in national emerging industries development, high-tech zone has big influence in industry transformation. High-tech zone development in Jinan province is very typical. It represents many high-tech zones' development situation, and could afford valuable experience for their own transformation. This article sets Jinan high-tech zone as an example for other high-tech zones in industry transformation.
