Abstract: Small- and medium-sized enterprises functioned in economic development, employment creation, and technology innovation. Due to the internal and external factors, the features of SMEs innovation are different from large-sized ones, and there are also lots of challenges they are facing. This thesis, after analysing the full innovation process of Sichuan SMEs in 2009, gives some policy suggestions on SMEs innovation.
