Abstract: Capital market has many advantages in technological innovation process, comparing with traditional financing system leaded by bank credit. This paper interprets deeply about capital market and analyses abroad experiences about servicing technological innovation by capital market. Finally, it proposes some suggestions on developmental situation of China's capital market.
