Abstract: This paper combed through the front theory of currant innovation system research in abroad and found that research work in this area was deepening and refining. At the same time, this paper also summarized the studies about performance evaluation of foreign innovation system and its developmental measures. Then this paper proposed some policy suggestions for promoting China's innovation system.
