Abstract: In March of 2012, BRICKS leaders held the fourth conference in New Delhi of India. Before the conference, India held "The 4th BRICS Academic Forum" and discussed on international finance, energy, joint technology market, and key areas of cooperation, etc. The forum also acknowledged China's achievement in S&T innovation. As a whole, the S&T cooperation among BRICS is just at the beginning. This paper gives some suggestions for the future cooperation and development.
