Abstract: For recent years, Kazakhstan has realized the harmness of developing resource-based economy and started to implement national industrial innovation strategy widely. They have made and are implementing a national outline about accelerating industrial innovation development in 2010-2014. They have achieved great results in project investment, innovation infrastructure construction, economic structure adjustment and so on. However, toward the future, Kazakhstan still encounters many difficulties such low S&T input, open market risks and ect. As a result, China has great potential of cooperation in building agricultural sci-tech demonstration garden, green industrial demonstration park and in many other areas.
