Abstract: The strategic alliance of China's industrial technology innovation has achieved good results and played a positive role in promoting industrial technology progress. However, the alliance still has many problems such as not independent enough, lacking of resource sharing, imperfect policy environment and etc. Based on these problems, this paper suggests that the alliance should be more widely supported, the competition of the alliance construction and operation should be promoted, and the alliance management should be strengthened.
