15th Report in 2010: The Existing Skill Training System Cannot Meet Residents’ Big Demands in Disaster Area |

Abstract: 27.9% of disaster area residents clearly express the need of skill training and 7.3% regard the training provided by the government is an important part of government policies. However, only 3.2% of disaster area residents and 4.8% of those unemployed participated in training post quake. Building of training system shall be strengthened to meet disaster area residents’ big demands . |
