Abstract: China’s emerging industries, during its developmental period, normally after the scale was expanded rapidly, it enters a backward situation because of the replacement of technological route. This is not only because we haven’t grasped the core technology, but also the result of the industrial development system. To solve the chronic-illness of industrial development, we should strengthen the development of forward-looking technology, transform the development model of the strategic emerging industries, and focus on the development of characteristic industry and unique technology route. We should also effectively guide the developmental targets and investment demand of the emerging industries.
